Theophilus Orukpe Orumor is the Managing Partner of the Firm and a seasoned legal practitioner, holding an LL.B. from Edo State University (now Ambrose Alli University) and an LL.M. from the University of Lagos.
He has extensive experience in commercial and civil dispute resolution and public sector practice, with particular expertise in Engineering and Construction Law, Energy (Oil & Gas), Telecommunications and Information Technology, Environmental Law, Maritime and Shipping, Land and Property, Banking and Insurance, Business Law, Family Law, and Succession and Probate. He has successfully represented clients at both trial and appellate courts across Nigeria.
Before founding the Firm, he practised with Fred Agbaje Chambers, served as in-house counsel to Songhai Plastics Limited (Sona Group), and spent over a decade with Femi Okunnu (SAN) & Co., where he led the firm's South-South and South-East operations and represented leading multinational corporations and professional bodies in complex commercial and construction disputes.
Recognised for his professionalism, strategic thinking and client-focused approach, he combines strong advocacy skills with practical legal solutions to help individuals, businesses and institutions achieve their objectives.
